Salt water Cleanse

John F. Kennedy once said: ". . .all of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and, therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears. We are tied to the ocean. And, when we go back to the sea. . . we are going back to whence we came."

Salt is essential for our existence. Without it we can't live. Our blood consists of saltwater and minerals which is essential for our health. With a saltwater flush you can assist your body in its natural process of removing toxins from your body and aiding your colon in the process. A saltwater flush is not only therapeutic, but removes accumulated toxins from your organs and intestines.

Research has shown that saltwater has the same density as the blood in our bodies. Also, the cells in our bodies are dependant on a certain amount of salt to function properly. Our bodies are constantly trying to maintain the balance of salt and minerals in order to maintain a balance where our cells exchange incoming energy with depleted energy leaving the cells. Water and salts regulates metabolic functions and energizes our bodies.

Because the saltwater solution has the same density as our blood, water will not be absorbed by our kidneys and no salt will be taken it. The salty water will move through the body and take with it all the toxins which have built up, without interrupting the body's normal functions.

There are major benefits derived from a saltwater flush. Many prescribed laxatives or enemas clean only a part of the digestive system. A saltwater flush will detox your entire system and flush out the toxins in one simple and easy step. The effects on your body will be obvious as your skin becomes clearer, you sleep and breathe better and your appetite improves. Plus there are no side effects as it is completely harmless. With many other colon cleansing products on the market, you may experience side effects which you won't experience with a saltwater flush. It is safe and easy to do in the comfort or your own home and costs nothing.

To do a saltwater flush your stomach should be empty. It's always a good idea to do it early in the morning or at home in the afternoon. You should not have eaten about an hour prior to a flush. To help your flush along, drink a cup of laxative tea the night before and make sure you have access to a bathroom as you'll be visiting it frequently for up to about three hours after your flush. Use two teaspoons of un-iodizes sea salt to a litre of lukewarm water. The salt should be completely dissolved. Add a few drops of lemon to taste and try to drink the solution within 15 minutes. Try to lie down on your right side to allow for the solution to move through your small intestines. In less than an hour you will start to experience bowel movements as the saltwater solution starts to work.

Saltwater flushes are not recommended for people with intestinal tuberculosis, ulcers or appendicitis. Consulting a doctor for advice is always a good option if you are not sure if a flush is right for you.
