Berries are the best cleansers till date; have blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and blackberries as much as you can. If you can get some acai berries for yourself it would be the best way to detoxify your system. Berries are the best source of phytochemicals and antioxidants and can help in preventing cardiac disorders and cancer. These fruits are rich in fiber, vitamins and water and is the most potent source of body cleanse and detoxification. Cranberry juice is also a potential source of energy and can help in detoxification; it is also known for cleansing the kidneys and treating bladder infections.

Have More Fiber

The best sources of fiber are fresh fruits, green vegetables and whole grains. By adding these food types to your regular diet you can actually improve your digestive system and cleanse the bowels as well as lose excess body weight almost naturally. Have lots of nuts, lentils, beans, oatmeal, pastas, whole grain bread and dried fruits.

Have a Liquid Diet Once In A While

Going on a liquid diet would drastically cleanse your system. It would also give some rest to your digestive system which is essential. Though there are many detox kits available in the market these days, but it is always better to opt for the natural detox options. Natural fruit juices, vegetable juice, coconut water and plain water can be very helpful in cleansing your body.
